I ordered a hoodie on December 8th I never got a shipment notification. After I requested an update the company sent a “label prepared” email, but it never actually got shipped. No other emails were answered. Very sketchy.

Poor customer service/updates and took forever to get here

This was a Christmas hit that came quite late

I didn't realize it would take this long to get, but I am happy with purchase.

It never showed up

nothing ever actually shows up, you pay $60 for a hoodie just to never get it

Way too long to for items to be received, and didn’t realize no return or exchange policy. Like the message the company is trying to send out, but due to final sale and no exchange policy I will never buy from this company again.

Took too long to arrive and I did not get frequent updates while waiting

I like the product but shipping needs a lot of work I feel like I’m being scammed.

I have not received any of them.

I did 1 order for 2 items and I only received 1 item. The order was split and I received 2 different tracking numbers. The 1 item still hasn't shipped after a month.

It’s been over 3weeks since I placed order still did not receive my package I’m not happy

I’ve waited weeks for my package and it’s still in Arizona, sure my shirts are gonna be here maybe today but after a month of waiting I’m honestly super surprised that you guys asked me to do one of these, also as I’m typing this I have none not a single peice of the clothing I bought

You never sent it to me and I’ve reached out seven times through your online contact form, and your email address. You refuse to answer. Order #7049

I almost had to wait a moth before it came and when it came i coudnt send back the things that cant fit me

So far I love the products! I am having a hard time getting my entire order though- I got 1/4 pieces and it took over a month so I’m still waiting on 3 others

I still am waiting on the shorts to arrive.

Easy and affordable. Although, I still haven’t got the other half of my order.
