When I ordered, I paid $5 for 5-8 day shipping. When that passed, I was told it would be 14-21 days. Now, it’s been nearly a month, and I’m just told it would “ship soon”. Worst experience with shipping I’ve ever had. And I still haven’t even gotten the package.

I did not get an order confirmation I had to email to get it and a tracking number for my order The order took three weeks (I did not expect) but I did read on web page later that it could take up to three weeks. I did not receive one of the three items I ordered and there is not a phone number to contact company, it’s all through email.
