Attempted returning item Back for replacement or refund no luck

Shipping was very slow without estimated arrival date

Items never arrived and Cosmody is refusing to refund my purchases.

I have not received my item nor have received a response regarding my items.

This was a gift and the website provided misleading arrival date. I even paid extra for “expedited tracking” - it was a joke! I ordered for Christmas and it arrived end of January, really poor communication. Arrived late and cracked/damaged. This was a low quality item, and would not recommend it to anyone.

It took weeks to arrive.

Lumiboard came with no instructions on cleaning so when we tried to clean it of it was a total disaster and couldn't be used again.

Took awhile. Got after Christmas and ordered early.

Cost to cover a return would be more than the cost of the item itself (over $50!). Beyond that, every time I tried to reach out saying I wanted to move forward with the return, customer service would ask me more and more questions vs. just providing the info I needed in order to proceed with the return. Very frustrating process.

Completely unsatisfied and already broke.

Well, all I can say is that I was pretty excited for my granddaughter to have one of these and my girlfriends grandson to have one well one turned out not to work at all and the other one half the lighting worked on it so I was pretty disappointed, so were the kids

This item is not as described. I bought 2 for my granddaughters, one arrived cracked, the construction is very poor quality, the cords are so short you have to use them on the ground unless you have an outlet within 12 inches from where you want to use them. They do not wipe clean easily AT ALL, you need to also have blocks to plug them into. VERY UNHAPPY, do not recommend.

Emailed many times that order didn’t show up.

That was fine, then you get the product from China and mail it out!

Order never arrived and I wasn’t offered a full refund. If I don’t get a full refund, social media is very powerful.
