Returns are impossible, and as you state in your return policy, you are not AT ALL concerned with my satisfaction. Wanted the board returned to Australia rather than Michigan where is was shipped FROM, the return postage was 3X the cost of the Lumiboard, obviously making the return prohibitive, that is not "easy", or concerned about my satisfaction.

Your company took payment as soon as I ordered, then took 6 weeks to deliver the product. Though when ordered, said it would arrive before Christmas. It was several weeks later. Once received, all three screens were scratched and unable to be used.

Took forever to get her. Electrical wire broke within 1/2 hr of use. Screen was always foggy, could not get it clear after the first use. Not impressed at all. Ripoff

You item is a piece of junk! I gave you the benefit of the doubt that maybe I accidentally ordered from the wrong company. I looked for USA only. This is from China. It said on the shipping. You lie. Yes, you would take the return at my expense of $56.00. That’s robbing people of money. You should be ashamed of yourselves! A good company would not do this to people. I’m so disappointed! I’m handicapped and have a hard time as it is! You just make it harder! I am so sad!

The drawing board was received and time and loved it! But I never received the printable sheets.

Was sent a defective item and was offered a small discount refund. Or I was told I could send the item back at my own cost. For an item that was broken out of the box.

They were overpriced first of all and also tried to make me feel like it wasn't the exact same boards that are at Walmart for twice as cheap with same everything all because it was Christmas time and I was willing to spend to get something differentfor my kids.but little did I know that it was going to go the way it did,even after complainingdirectly to them thru email about the unfairness.

The light up drawing board does not work well. It's cheap. Doesn't have good supports to keep it upright. It is very difficult for a child to erase the drawing because it smears all over the screen. Don't purchase this product.

Long process purchased before Christmas took almost month to receive items. Then was missing pictures to draw on. Package was incomplete.

Product needs to have durable cord going into the board that can’t easy break off.

The purchase was meant to be received for Xmas, received it much later.

My first one was scratched very badly, I reached out and sent pictures and a replacement was on the way. Customer service also followed up which made me an automatic repeat customer.
