I didn't want the back pillow, but when my payment showed up, it had been added. I didn't like that and immediately emailed you to delete it from my order. No phone number was available. I don't like that either. I got an email back saying it was already shipped. Now that it's here we decided to keep it, but I don't like how that was handled by Callixe. It felt like a deliberate action to get me to buy something I didn't want.
