Easy to buy, I was advised it would arrive the next day; no product; then the day after that, on and on until I didn't believe you anymore. On March 10, it arrived. When I first used it, the heat felt excessive, almost burning. I asked if there was a way to adjust it; I was told to put a thin cloth on it, which I did; then a heavier towel, but it was still too hot! It is also too loud, and did not relax us. I felt the product was not as descibed, it should qualify for a free return.
