This gadget does not work as advertised at all. The way it’s presented in the video creates expectations that it simply does not meet in real use. The performance is disappointing, especially considering the high price. There are many similar products available on Amazon for half the cost that perform just as well if not better. Overall, this product is not worth the money.

Worth to buy it...it's really works

It's been over 1 month and my Thera Pillow hasn't even shipped yet. I've tried to call customer service and there's no answer. I'm very frustrated with this purchase.

Ordering and shipping was easy

I’ve been going back-and-forth trying to return this unit and then got a second one I didn’t order and now I’m trying to return two. I imagine I’ll be told I have to pay for shipping. I think that’s pretty lousy when I didn’t order the second one at all. However, I’m ready to send this back as soon as I have a box big enough to accommodate both of them. I got ambiguous answers about how to send it back and a vague comment about it having to be in the original package. The boxer came in? No

I was hesitant to spend money on yet another device, but this has been the best one so far. There are 90 day warranty gives you enough time to decide whether or not you want to keep this pillow or not.

Got frustrated with support but finally got a clear answer

Would have rather bought a heated neck wrap.

Shopping experience was fine, but shipping & tracking provided was not accessible, then arrival date repeatedly delayed, ultimately arrival extremely delayed with no way of tracking. I began to suspect the order was a scam. However, the item is excellent!
