I was not sure about going a size up, but they are a good fit. I'm usually UK5 or Aus 7 or 38 but the 39s fit well. Really happy with my first barefoot shoes, I've been using them for a while now for walks and the gym. The transition has gone well.

Takes to long to arrive

I had a horrible experience with the lack of communication with the Customer service, Team, and when I asked for a different size due to the improper information, given to me by the website, selecting a size. It did not say that, If you are this size, you should go up a half size, etc. and also the refund process was horrible stating that if I did not purchase the refund option, it was not going to be able to be given to me, and to top it off the shipping and handling that was stated on the webs

It was easy

Very comfortable. But even better when I added some Dr Scholl’s air pillo insoles. The saguaro insoles are too rough for my feet.

No issues, delivered on time

I found the size chart confusing, and I find it confusing in general to order the right size for barefoot shoes for a growing kid. I ordered the wrong size and customer service sent me the right size free of charge which made the experience awesome. If I would’ve had to pay to ship my shoes back, I would’ve been angry and I would’ve never ordered from you guys again so thank you for doing that and I will continue to order from you.
