I had a horrible experience with the lack of communication with the Customer service, Team, and when I asked for a different size due to the improper information, given to me by the website, selecting a size. It did not say that, If you are this size, you should go up a half size, etc. and also the refund process was horrible stating that if I did not purchase the refund option, it was not going to be able to be given to me, and to top it off the shipping and handling that was stated on the webs

I found the size chart confusing, and I find it confusing in general to order the right size for barefoot shoes for a growing kid.
