Shipping takes a looong time. Just good to know. Also, you must arrange and pay for any returns yourself and apply for reimbursement from the company afterward. I was reimbursed, but the process wasn’t clear ahead of time and was surprising given the “pay ahead for returns” surcharge you pay upfront. Could be smoother and clearer.
