Pretty good apart from a delay in delivery.

Had to chase purchase up but communication was good.

Their agent Jamoreen was very helpful.

Late delivery due to high demand

Delivery took a while, when I enquired about it I received a useless canned response. But then the vacuum was delivered. Happy customer in the end.

Very long delay between order and delivery with no updates aboutt delivery.

The long delay in fulfilling the order and particularly the long period from last contact before “out of the blue” its delivery was announced was stressful. I had actually decided it was a scam. It wasn’t. And the product is excellent and very good value for money. But please. No stress.

I ordered this unit in good faith you did not communicate a delivery date despite multiple requests and I cancelled this order and complained to PayPal. The unit turned up without notice of delivery. You asked me to keep it and freely offered a 30% discount to keep it. I accepted your unsolicited offer and told PayPal of the offer. PayPal have now closed the case without the refund. You are selling units which do not arrive in the timescale stated, you do not communicate new dates , you then offer discount and don't follow through on the discount offered. Would I recommend or buy again NO

This is a product that was needed to clean, not an ornament to be looked at and therefore needed within the 5 to 7 days. When it took over 21 days I wish I had purchased it elsewhere

Good product, slow delivery

Won’t use you again took a month to receive items

I was worried that it wasn't going to arrive as it took nearly 2 weeks but I contacted them and they kept me updated.

Communication about original delivery was not helpful until the last moment. when I thought I wanted to return the vacuum information was very poor. Happily after a bit of help I worked out how to use it so far I am pleased I kept it.

Read my previous comments re my refund and the money I had to spend returning the product to you. Diabolical customer service. I want my money back including what it cost me to return the vacuum cleaner to you

Took a few weeks to arrive but I was kept informed about delay and it arrived quickly after being dispatched.

Overall worrying because of the delay in delivery but pleased with the product

Order went through okay just waited a while till I received order, did send a couple of emails regarding order & I'm pleased to say I customer services replied straight away.
