Ordered a vacuum on 7 March with a 5-7 working day delivery - this has not arrived. Their customer service team were unable to provide a delivery date and cited 'problems with their supplier'. Since my initial emails and their response, no further contact has been received so have now opened a claim with my bank.
Do not order from this company - you can get better deals elsewhere.
Scammers or not but would never recommend this 'company'.
