Initially good. Product arrived in good order. When they agreed a return RMA#7GWFSORU I was sent return instructions but the return instructions indicated to return to the address below - But no Address. This has happened twice. Snapbuy then emailed to say a return label had been sent seperately (keep an eye on your junk mail) - but no Address label. Snapbuy send further emails asking me to retun the item last week but still no return address and/or label.. It goes on. Is it a SCAM???

Initially I received an email stating it would be longer than anticipated, after a week I emailed and never received a reply. A further two weeks and I contacted PayPal, after a few days I received an email giving me a Friday delivery date which was then delayed till Monday. It did then arrive on the Monday and all was good.
