The only problem was the delivery - which I have already contacted them about. I was given a date, with a very wide window, needing being in all day, but Royal Mail did not deliver. Nothing on the tracking was updated. The next day, tracking was updated but still wide window. It was delivered. I think Snapbuy should switch from Royal Mail or insist they update their tracking system and have a narrower window delivery.

As previously advised, communication between seller Snapbuy and myself was poor. As a customer I was constantly emailing - waste of time calling as no response.
One email in 6-8 weeks from Snapbuy - very poor customer service sadly.
No one minds delays if the seller keeps in contact with the buyer/customer & provides regular updates.
Snapbuy did none of this.
