Nightmarish lived experience dealing with you for this transaction - not straightforward as expected! First, goods not delivered on time as promised despite me paying for it in full. Second, horrendously mixed-up by your delivery courier who left it at a local Argos Store instead to my home address as clearly indicated! Third, lack of proper communication from your side.
