I returned the product to Snapbuy at the address they provided. At my own expense using the carrier they told me to. Despite having b evidence that the return was delivered and signed for by Snapbuy I have had no refund. I have also had no response to the numerous emails I’ve sent about this. So my experience has been absolutely dreadful. I cannot recommend Snapbuy.
