Placed my order in plenty of time to arrive for our wedding, we wanted something special for the special occasion. The package went missing in transit so Gareth very kindly sent another out that arrived just in time. Great customer service from Gareth. Packageing is a bit over the top for such a small box that could fit in an envelope.

For my first ever order only half of it arrived so I had to inform customer services who replied very quickly and arranged to send the perfume out to me ASAP. I did receive it approximately 3 days later so the response and delivery from customer service was very good. I purchased some of the car perfumes as well as a perfume for myself but sadly I am not that happy with any of it. Although the car perfumes smell ok in the bottles once in the car I cannot get the perfume scent from them.

Gareth provided great support. My first parcel was lost, asked if it could be sent to my partners address where I was staying at in Northern Ireland and parcel was received. All the perfumes I ordered smelled exactly like the original ones. Will definitely order here again!

Shopping experience was great. It was easy to do and fast delivery. I may have disliked one of the perfumes but I’m yet to try another one. The perfume I ordered had good reviews but the smell wasn’t for me. It’s a no to the Ombré Nomand for me

Did not like the scent of any of the products I received. I didn't think any of them smelled like they were supposed to smell similar to. I also felt the product felt oily when sprayed on me skin like it left a oily residue.
