I’ve ordered before and it was a 5/5 star experience. The order even came a day or two before expected delivery date. My second time ordering however, somewhere between confirmation and payment, the site changed my selection and gave me 2/3 incorrect bottles. This second shipment also took 3 weeks to deliver versus 1 week my first time ordering. This will not deter me from continued shopping on the site because the products are excellent, but this specific order has been a major inconvenience.
