First order was lost by EVRI which i understand is out of your control, however the customer service in sending out another order was brilliant. The product itself is abit of a let down, I can find other alternatives which are cheaper and had a longer lasting scent.

The package went missing in transit so Gareth very kindly sent another out that arrived just in time. Great customer service from Gareth. Packageing is a bit over the top for such a small box that could fit in an envelope.

For my first ever order only half of it arrived so I had to inform customer services who replied very quickly and arranged to send the perfume out to me ASAP. I did receive it approximately 3 days later so the response and delivery from customer service was very good. I purchased some of the car perfumes as well as a perfume for myself but sadly I am not that happy with any of it. Although the car perfumes smell ok in the bottles once in the car I cannot get the perfume scent from them.
