Nice bottles but i wish the bottles had more details about the scents as if you have multiple you wont remember which number is what perfume. Gets confusing. also wasnt super impressed with the scents smelling like they were described

Customer service was good for reaching out but didn’t offer any solution, when I was prompted to leave a review on another site customer service asked me to contact them, why do I have to reach out? They have my contact details and should be contacting me.

Outstanding customer service!
I honestly had planned on giving a 4-star rating at first because my delivery took way longer than expected, and there was a mix-up with my order, instead of receiving two 100ml bottles and two 30ml bottles, I got one 100ml and three 30ml bottles.
However, their customer service completely turned things around! I reached out to them right away, and their response was super fast, professional, and helpful. A special shoutout to Joseph, who handled my issue so effici
