Customer service is outstanding, I received my parcel couple of weeks ago and in the box was just a small gift sample, I’m sure if it was a mistake in packaging or the person who delivered my package stolen the 100ml perfume, I’m not but when I emailed the customer help. One of them responded immediately and sent out my 100ml perfume plus 25% discounts for my next purchase. I was so touched and truly grateful. Keep up a good work guys.
