The parcel would have arrived quickly however the carrier used (evri) did not deliver my parcel and gave a false photo. The Essence Vault were responsive and arranged a quick replacement, they sent using royal mail instead which I was pleased with. Unfortunately I was disappointed with both the perfume and the diffuser oil - neither smelt like the perfume they were meant to, and the scent was not strong/long lasting.
