Felt the perfumes were not as described and returns process was a nightmare. it was difficult to get a refund despite the perfumes clearly not being what they had been sold as. After much back and forth I was offered a refund as a ‘gesture of goodwill’… despite them advertising a 30 day money back guarantee?? I had to pay for the return postage and then I had to chase my refund as they did not acknowledge it had been returned. I wouldn’t shop here again
