Let me just start by saying your customer service is shocking, you should be embarrassed!!!
I placed an order on 02/09/25 and booked a designated delivery day. Waited in all day for nothing!! No notification, no update, nothing!!!
I then waited in for another day after I was finally notified on a delivery date. (totally pointless offering the option to book your own day!!) to only have part of the order delivered. Again with no advanced warning, no courtesy correspondence t
