As per my previous comments, incorrect products, non response or return calls from your team to an admitted error on your part. I would also add that I have now tried to call your company service line three times. Each time I have been kept in a queue for over 30 minutes, being told I am getting closer to position 1. After over 30 minutes of wait time I reach position 1 only to recieve a automated answer machine message telling me to leave a message! This is atrocious customer service.
