I had a bad, time wasting experience. Two shower trays were delivered. Bothe had damaged corners. They were not packed well enough to protect the corners from damage. They did not collect the first damaged tray, leaving it for me to dispose of. When I was offered a third replacement I refused, had a refund and bought elsware. Staff were polite and efficient, deliveries were quick but packing appalling.

When explained the situation with We love bathrooms , it took over a week for anyone to actually help or try and do anything about it , when I mentioned about returning the products , I was told I have to return at my own cost.
