As a customer, I would have expected both the courier and We Love Bathrooms to take ownership of the situation and arrange for the damage to be put right. Instead, I have been left pursuing the matter and repeatedly providing evidence for something that should never have happened. It's still unresolved. Would not recommend although products purchased were OK but delivery partner is dreadful.
