Buying was easy enough. The product turned up without notice. Fortunately I was in. I returned the item back to the showroom (100 mile round trip) as I thought the courier returns process was a bit of a pain and this would be far easier, also entitling me to a refund more swiftly. However, I had to wait 2 weeks for the refund to be approved, and finally received it 4 weeks later. The customer service phone line is a joke as they never answer it. I phoned the showroom and the staff there were lovely and polite and managed to sort the issue out for me so thank you to them.

Very poor customer service, endless number of calls to discuss returns , hefty charges for delayed return yet again they took about 1 week to respond to re-order and this was after I made several phone call where average waiting times was over 25 minutes ( for instance I was waiting in call queues which after 25 mins were directed to the voicemail; 2 weeks to deliver a radiator that was in stock in showroom after making seven phone calls for it ;
