I am very disappointed in this litter box. It only intermittently works. The rake rack broke, I ordered and paid for a replacement, it was difficult to install and doesnt seem to fit right. Now the box is not working at all. I am giving up on this product. It is upsetting seeing that it was highly overpriced in the first place. I really tried to make this box work long term, watched youtube videos and was patient. I will be sure to leave a review to let others know.
