Horrible support from this company. Refuse to authorize a return and are scamming me by taking weeks to give me the AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN running out the clock so my 90-days for RETURN FOR ANY REASON runs out. They lie about their 90-Return policy for any reason. They suggest I give this over $300 product as a gift to someone else instead!!!! Like if my cats do not like it and will not use it, why would I give it to someone else's cat to torture?
