I would not risk ordering again in case you sent me the wrong item again and then made me take responsibility for the return costs. ( you have now partially refunded the order and return costs but only after lots of communication)
You need to stop offering ‘free’ cases as compensation and respond more appropriatedly when you are at fault ( for sending the wrong case)

The price seems right per game for what you're getting.
My friends and I had a lot of fun playing our first Masters of Mystery, and we're treating our first run through as a learning experience. We will definietly play again and are super looking forward to a smoother game play.
There is a room for improvement/clarification in the game rules and gameplay, and I wouldn't recommend a medium difficulty for first time players if they have been drinking. The hard part is more in the facilitation of the game than in the mystery itself.
Also be careful if you're printing out booklets- It'll take your whole ink cartridge. But you can keep the packets and play the game again because of the genius way they set it all up.
