Very slow to dispatch product and the customer service team failed to respond to my multiple attempts and methods used to contact them to check my order.
Explanation when I eventually got a response was acceptable for the reason for delay but to maintain customers confidence it would be better to preempt the situation and give updates on the website or with follow up emails on an order. The experience I had would make me think twice about further orders.
