Edit: had an issue with the delivery taking over two weeks with no update, but after contacting customer service they contacted the delivery company and apparently they lost the parcel. KEFL quickly send a replacement after knowing that and the issue was resolved.
After initially being disappointed I'm happy with the outcome the reason I didn't ask for a refund and went somewhere else it's simply because KEFL kettlebells are much better quality than every other brand I tried.
