I wasn't offered a replacement headset when the one I received was defective. I was asked to send a video of it, and im not sure how im supposed to do that.
Right now, my basically using it as a comfortable headset, but thats it. It does not send power to my VR, thus, NOT extending my playtime to 5+ hours.

They are all like expensive Temu products. The advertised benefits of each item is way over inflated. The “comfort bundle” still makes you sweat profusely and leaves marks on your face, the charging stand doesn’t wirelessly charge the headset like the controllers, the battery pack head strap is clunky and I can no longer sit in a chair and play due to the extra protruding bulk on the back of your head, though it does balance the weight better. But sure, they all look cool with their LED lights.

The RGB lights did not work from the beginning despite charging fully holding power for reset, etc. One time my son came and showed me they were working and that was the only random time. The instructions do not mention anything to do to turn them off and on as id they should always work when the battery is on. Not the main feature but disappointing nonetheless.
Update: after owning for only a couple months the plastic clips where the head strap rear cushion atta hes to the battery pack have broken and so now it is hard to keep the cushion positioned correctly.
