I had to return both the rug and the rug pad. The wrong color rug was sent and the wrong size rug pad was sent.
It took 6 days to get the return shipping label. But I was only sent one label and I needed 2. A second label was then sent after I emailed them to explain what I needed. One shipping label was USPS and the other was FedEx. There was no explanation sent. So I was not sure which shipping label was meant for which item.
