Cooler is very nice but customer service is terrible. I had wheel issues that took about a year to resolve and the lifetime warranty was not granted for no reason and I had to pay for them. Another friend has also had issues where the wheel bearings are rusting and left rust marks on his boat.
In summary, besides the wheels the coolers are real nice but not sure I'd buy another because of customer service.

Love the cooler. However, you lack of phone number and inadequate info on your supply chain and stock made me angry as I was hoping for my cooler to arrive prior to Halloween. It however arrived around Thanksgiving the lack of you all knowing about your inventory stock and the long time it took to restock is quite poor. Your coolers are. Not cheap and if had known it was out of stock, I would have seeked other options.

Hooked Coolers appears to be a fraudulent company. My order and payment was received over two weeks ago. The company website states orders are processed and shipped within 2 days. I've emailed customer service (no phone number is published) three times and no response. I give a zero if it was an option.
