I placed my order around April 11 for a cooler and accessories totaling over $600, it is now April 29th and I still haven’t received any shipping updates. There is no number to contact and when you email it takes days for a response. For a purchase at this price point, I expected clearer communication and faster processing. The lack of updates is concerning and feels unusual. I’m hoping for better transparency and service moving forward, as this experience so far has been disappointing
