Love the cooler. However, you lack of phone number and inadequate info on your supply chain and stock made me angry as I was hoping for my cooler to arrive prior to Halloween. It however arrived around Thanksgiving the lack of you all knowing about your inventory stock and the long time it took to restock is quite poor. Your coolers are. Not cheap and if had known it was out of stock, I would have seeked other options.

Horrible customer service! Ordered in September. Was told it would not ship till October 16th. I just received my order the second week of December! No communication from company at all! I’m very disappointed in hooked coolers quality and most of all the horrible customer service and communication!

Hooked Coolers appears to be a fraudulent company. My order and payment was received over two weeks ago. The company website states orders are processed and shipped within 2 days. I've emailed customer service (no phone number is published) three times and no response. I give a zero if it was an option.
