There was no proof sent even though their website and confirmation email says there will be. I noticed a spelling mistake, emailed about it being fixed, they said it would be, then it wasn’t. Such a cool concept and it would’ve been 10/10 of the issue had been corrected as I was told it would be.

The concept is cool but I’m disappointed about the pictures quality in game (there is no advice about pictures sizes nor previews while making the order) and the fact that the QR code isn’t working on the canevas.
When I contacted the customer service about the pictures, they were friendly but didn’t fix my problem (and also didn’t respond about the QR code issue).
