WizeBand is Great, But C Service Return Policy are awful. Happy with watchband, however, my experience with cust service was truly terrible.
I ordered 3 items: band & 2 watch covers (purchased to compare which would match the band best). I assumed covers included protective glass, which they do not. Covers were never used & still in packaging, I requested a return for them. Request denied w/out explanation. 3 follow-up inquiries, not 1 response. Phone # has automated message, They are busy..
