Not good. I requested a refund because I realised the style of the band is not for me ( too bulky). Wize bands declined the request and want to give me store credit. I want a refund because I won’t buy from this store again. Don’t order from Wize Bands if you know you will not be asking for a refund.

Horrible return process. It’s takes forever for someone to respond to your emails and you cannot speak to anyone. Instead of refunding your money, you are bombarded with emails asking why you disliked the products etc.. I do not recommend this company.
