When I inquired about how to exchange the Alexa infinity loop band for a smaller size, I was told to keep it and they’d credit my account so I could re-order. When I finally heard back about the store credit, it was in the form of a $22 gift card. The Alexa infinity loop band costs $33.21. I don’t want to pay any more for the correct size. All I want is to exchange the Small for an Extra Small. After all, their website states the bands can be returned or exchanged.
