Although the embroidery was amazing, I'm very disappointed with the quality of the hoodie and the deceptive business practice of not disclosing the actual terms of their promotions anywhere on their website or social media. The buy 1, get 1 free jewelry apparently only applied 1x per order, but it's not mentioned ANYWHERE. I emailed them about it and they didn't take responsibility. They implied that it was my fault "I’m really sorry that the BOGO process wasn’t clear for you." VERY BAD business
