The buy 1, get 1 free jewelry apparently only applied 1x per order, but it's not mentioned ANYWHERE. I emailed them about it and they didn't take responsibility. They implied that it was my fault "I’m really sorry that the BOGO process wasn’t clear for you." VERY BAD business
