The store is very clearly laid out and the selection is good. In the end, despite the wrong color, I am satisfied with the quality of the embroidery itself. The customer service is also very, very friendly. As a customer from Germany, I have to think carefully because of the current customs regulations, otherwise the order can quickly become very expensive. Of course, soulmate customs can't be held responsible for this, but the idea and implementation of the store are still great.
