When they first ordered them I was a l a little nervous because this was my first time buying something online, but they were amazing with communicating and answering any questions I had, when my order came in I was super excited! (I ordered two keychains for my mom with two different pictures of my two dogs that just passed) But when I opened them I noticed they both had the same picture, so! emailed them with a picture and they got back to me really quickly and they said they had a mix up and would fix my order! And then they sent the other fixed keychain! They are literally amazing! My one main thing that | was very happy with is how amazing they were with communication. It made me feel so much more comfortable, and! will definitely be ordering from them again! :3
