Missing trim, pillows and bad customer support

There was a problem with a missing part; I contacted customer service, and they promptly sent me the correct part! The response time and support were truly top-notch. I will definitely be using them again for any future purchases.

Ordering and delivery simple smooth process wi the plenty of communication.

The Apex rear seat frame, is a great product, well built, really easy to assemble, however unfortunate the mounting points did not align with my NLR ERS4 Elite seat, I had to drill my own holes to attach it, which should be pretty universal. I am not giving it a 1 start because I did reach out to support before purchasing, and they did mention that even though the frame should be compatible with 99% of all chairs, I guess mine was the 1%, so I just want to advice everyone before buying.

Great service. The refurbished product was a little confusing in terms of packaging and components and the instructions weren't that clear but figured it out

The GT Omega RS12 seat and GT Omega Lite-R cockpit are fabulous, but sadly because I am in the Isle of Man my order took 2 weeks to arrive in the post, despite paying £104 for the postage, and then there were bits missing, so quite a frustrating experience, which is a shame, because the seat is awesome.

GT Omega has a wide range of products in its catalogue for all types of users. The shipping, in particular, is excellent if you are UK-based, although it is slightly pricey. But this is understandable due to the nature of the products. The overall culture and environment of GT Omega is very welcoming and a breath of fresh air to its more serious competitors, making them feel more like a friend than a business just taking your money. Their rewards system is also brilliant!
