The main issue for me was communication. As a first-time customer, there were moments where I had no clarity on what was happening with my order. I was informed that the order was being shipped, but it was only dispatched two days after that communication, which was confusing.
In addition, the brake pad retaining clips were missing from the order. I’m not sure why they weren’t included this time. Fortunately, I was able to reuse the old ones, but it did leave me feeling slightly uncomfortable about the completeness of the order.
