At first, I was sceptical about placing an online order. However, after reading the reviews, I placed the order. I received it after 4 days. Thought it was going to be 2 days. That's the only challenge I had. Guess from Cape Town to Mafikeng is a challenge in terms of distance. Good service in general.

The shocks were quick and easy to fit, just 2 bolts per shock. The car feels so much better to drive now and there are no more strange noises coming from the rear of the car. The ride seems firmer when going over speed humps.

The oil pump has a pressure relief valve. I had to drill and tap a hole in the block to fit the bolt pattern, but the pu,p seems to fit well and seal well. Hopefully it should work well.

Modern Auto Parts web site was fantastic with full details and specifications of parts, good price, ordering was easy with on the ball staff, payment, and delivery was done keeping me informed of progress all the way. Wheel bearing arrived in order and much sooner than I thought. Shopping with Modern Auto Parts is such a bliss. From now henceforth I'll be buying more parts for my beloved Merc W203 C270 CDI from them.

I changed it myself as an artisan it was easy. I did a one sided video of the equipment after fitting it. The clunking noise has disappeared and I can drive properly again.

Exceptionally good quality brake pads, initial bite is so good. After the first 300kms the pads come into its own, outstanding stopping power without any brake fade. Excellent product at an excellent price point. Super quick delivery was a bonus 👏

The front engine mounting I used to have caused a vibration inside the car & only had it in for a month. I then bought a replacement from Modern Auto parts & it was like replacing it with the original, vibration was gone. Thank you.

Still busy testing it, but it does seem to have reduced oil consumption. Poured half a bottle into my engine, which has an oil capacity of 3.1 litres, but 500 ml of Charge! is able to treat up to 6 litres of oil, so I'll save the other half for after my next oil change.
