It took 12 days to arrive by which time the very hottest weather had passed. My request for information on delivery was curtly answered and there was me thinking the customer is always right!

Easy to order and shipped quickly. My only criticism would be the choice of courier. Evri had the parcel for about ten days before they actually delivered. I have frequently had trouble with this courier service. I would prefer to have the choice of postal service.
