Really impressed with the cooling mat. I feel happier knowing my dog is safe from chemicals & no mess if he did have a nibble. The fabric feels cool to the touch & is well made. Super lightweight, easy to carry when out. We have used it camping, in the car, the garden, & everywhere in the house. My dog loves it & even took it upstairs himself to sleep on overnight! Once I had worked out how to put it on - I thought it was elasticated but one of the charms is the openable clip - I've not taken it off. It's weighty, colourful, there are 20 charms and although they are specifically Christmas-y I'm not sure I'll take it off for a while yet! Wow I really wasn’t sure Alfie-Bear would take to this mat as he can be a little fickle 😅
But from the very first day he chose to lie on it and stayed on it too which was lovely to see. He’s a super curly mini labradoodle so often gets quite hot and this little gem must have helped him feel cooler.
So much so I’m about to order another one so we can keep one upstairs and one down.

Delivered in good time. The quality is good. I was a little sceptical about how this product worked without needing to chill it prior to use, but it really works. My cat took to it straight away and loves it, especially on those hot days. You can feel the warmth when the cat laid there for a while but the cool-feel comes back quickly. I ordered 2 flashing collars and 2 of the largest cooling mats. Both dogs regularly use the mats and the 2 collars I've had to send back to exchange for a larger size, but they flash really brightly and I 'm very happy with the quality, so am looking forward to receiving the replacements. Customer service is brilliant!!!! Evri delivery is a couple of days longer than advertised on the website though.

I wasn’t sure if this would work or even if our dog would actually lay down on it. I took the plunge. I’m so glad I did! It’s brilliant 🤩 I only wish I’d brought the largest sized one.
Our dog loves it, took her about 2hours to have a go. Once she did, she lies down on it most of the time. We also used it in the back of our car, when we went away. It’s brilliant, I would definitely recommend this dog mat, it really does help to cool them down. 10/10.

Well I have to say I was a bit sceptical- but this does actually work! I placed the mat inside my pup’s bed at night time and he loves it. It’s so hot at night right now, but he is able to stay in bed now completely comfortable. I have put my hand on the mat in the morning and yes it’s still cool. I initially order just one for our brown Newfie Bonnie and was delighted with it. Wanted to check the size, the inscription and how easy to open and close. I then ordered another 2 for our Cockapoo and our other very big Newfie. They all fit really well. I wanted 2 mobile numbers on the inscription and you kindly did this at no extra cost. I will say the on the cockapoos collar it is slightly harder to read but that’s only because of the size of the fastening, but still readable.

We have 2 newfoundland dogs, as you can imagine they're massive so we find it difficult to find anything large enough for them. We ordered 2 in an XXL size, when they came I was amazed, they're massive, plenty big enough for newfs.
