LOVE the water-resistant zippers and the fabric/material of all the products!! I geek out showing people the zippers all the time. Customer service/shipping has been easy and fast. The way the top opens on all my bags makes it so easy to access/organize. I do wish the crossbody came in Cloud to match the rest of my gear, but Fog is a "close enough" match. Please make an insulated lunch tote that fits in the Cascade backpacks!! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE this and it would be a perfect addition!
